What Are Subscriptions?

Toppik subscriptions allow customers to receive a reoccurring delivery at their chosen delivery frequency of either 30, 60 or 90 day intervals.  By signing up to a subscription you will also save 10% on your reoccurring order.  You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account.  Subscription customers will be charged each time their subscription is dispatched.

How Do I Change My Subscription Delivery Date?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see a change shipping date button.  Please be aware you cannot change your delivery date within 72hrs of next due delivery.

How Can I Change My Subscription Frequency?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see “billing period” click edit to change your frequency to either 30, 60 or 90 days

How Do I Change My Subscription Payment Method?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see payment method, you can change your method of payment by clicking the edit button

How can I change by subscription product?

You cannot change the product you originally subscribed to.  If you wish to change your product subscription please cancel your original subscription and create a new one

Can I Pause My Subscription?

You are not able to pause your subscription but you can change the delivery date.  To do this please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left hand menu.  From here you will see a change shipping date button

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see a cancel subscription button.  Please be aware you will need to cancel 72hrs before your next delivery is due
