How Long Will Toppik Hair Fibers Remain In My Hair?

Toppik Hair Building Fibers will stay in place until you wash your hair with shampoo. Toppik Fiberhold Spray, a fine mist spray designed to strengthen the bond between Toppik Hair Building Fibers and your existing hair, can be used post-fibers application to provide extra confidence in lasting hold throughout the day.

Can Toppik Hair Building Fibers cover grey roots or colour-treated root re-growth?

Yes - Toppik Hair Building Fibers can be used to effectively and easily to cover both grey roots and colour-treated root re-growth. If this a particular concern, we recommend our range of Toppik Coloured Hair Thickeners.

What is the difference between Toppik Hair Building Fibers and Toppik Coloured Hair Thickener?

Toppik Coloured Hair Thickener fulfils the same purpose as Toppik Fibers but in a liquid spray format. Our Coloured Hair Thickeners are recommended for those who are looking to conceal a wider area of thinning or who wish to cover greys/colour treated root re-growth.

Can I use Toppik Hair Building Fibers with styling tools and products?

For best results, apply Toppik to freshly washed dried hair, after use of any styling tools such as hairdryers, or straighteners.

If using styling products (other than hair spray) these should be applied to the hair prior to applying Toppik Hair Building Fibers. Applying gels, mousses, pastes, serums etc. after applying Hair Fibers may cause shifting and could expose the areas that were meant to be covered. Let styling products dry before applying Hair Fibers.

Will Toppik Hair Building Fibers work with all hair types?

Yes - Toppik Hair Building Fibers work with all hair types and textures, including Caucasian, Asian, and African-American hair.


Subscription Questions

What Are Subscriptions?

Toppik subscriptions allow customers to receive a reoccurring delivery at their chosen delivery frequency of either 30, 60 or 90 day intervals.  By signing up to a subscription you will also save 10% on your reoccurring order.  You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account.  Subscription customers will be charged each time their subscription is dispatched.

How Do I Change My Subscription Delivery Date?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see a change shipping date button.  Please be aware you cannot change your delivery date within 72hrs of next due delivery.

How Can I Change My Subscription Frequency?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see “billing period” click edit to change your frequency to either 30, 60 or 90 days

How Do I Change My Subscription Payment Method?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu.  From here you will see payment method, you can change your method of payment by clicking the edit button

How can I change by subscription product?

You cannot change the product you originally subscribed to. If you wish to change your product subscription please cancel your original subscription and create a new one

Can I Pause My Subscription?

You are not able to pause your subscription but you can change the delivery date. To do this please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left hand menu. From here you will see a change shipping date button

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Please login into your account and navigate to product subscriptions in the left-hand menu. From here you will see a cancel subscription button. Please be aware you will need to cancel 72hrs before your next delivery is due
