Delivery,Returns and Refunds
This page includes information relating to delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds.
Standard Delivery: Please allow 3-5 working days (excluding Bank Holiday’s) for standard delivery via Royal Mail.
Express delivery: Please allow 1-2 working days (excluding Bank Holiday’s) for express delivery via Parcel Force. Please be aware that due to Covid-19 we are currenlty unable to offer express delivery.
Orders received before 3pm between Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holiday’s) will be despatched that day.
Order received after 3PM on Friday will be dispatched Monday via your chosen delivery method.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations you have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within fourteen (14) working days of receipt for any reason including if you simply change your mind. To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium such as email to firstname.lastname@example.org within those fourteen (14) working days.
In addition, if we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require a refund or replacement, you must report the defect within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive them. To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium such as email to email@example.com within those fourteen (14) working days.
We will respond to all queries within 3 working days.
How to submit your refund/exchange request
It is important that you keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
Once we have successfully received the product back you will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. If you have requested an exchange this will be managed within the same timeframe as the refund process.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method - no cash refunds are available. When returning items, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
